Can I come with a back injury/arthritis/other problem?
If you have any physical problem please check with your GP/ physio /osteopath/other related practitioner that Pilates is suitable for you. If your problem is severe you will need specialist help - then after a course of treatment it may be possible to try Pilates. Remember - I am not a health professional! I do have a variety of clients, some of whom have arthritis, non-specific low back pain, shoulder problems, etc. - who have found Pilates beneficial. When you join my classes I will ask you to fill in a medical questionnaire, for my information.
What should I wear?
Comfortable soft exercise clothing that does not restrict movement, and socks.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just yourselves! I provide mats and equipment.
