What do 1: 1 sessions involve?
A commitment to 4 hour-long sessions once a week paid in advance (£120). These can be at my home, or at the client's at a time to suit both. The initial session would involve looking at your personal physical history and what you wish to get out of the course. I would (with your permission) take some postural photos to help me create a personal programme, tailored to your needs. We would then work through a range of Pilates exercises using some equipment such as stability (Swiss) balls, core stability rollers and dynabands, if appropriate. After the 4 week period, your needs/progress would be reviewed, with the chance to sign up for a further block if desired.
